Built to last and made to fit tight, the Mini Kubota Housing is machined from 316 stainless steel for excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Each housing comes with a matching 5 mm 316 stainless steel dowel pin, so you get everything you need for a clean, solid install.
Precision Press-Fit Design
The pin holes are intentionally made slightly undersized so the pin presses in and stays locked in place. This tight fit is by design; it keeps the pin secure and prevents any wobble or walking over time. Expect to use firm pressure during installation.
If the fit is too tight for your setup, the hole is easy to adjust. A small round file, available for about a dollar at Harbor Freight or Walmart, lets you open it up a little at a time. Remove material slowly and test-fit often, because the pin still needs to be snug to hold properly.
