The RIP-MAC is our refined take on the original Twitch concept, purpose-built for Masterpiece Arms MAC10/11/12-style clones and compatible platforms. Precision cut from 316 stainless steel, this unit delivers durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in a compact forced-reset design. With the proper modifications to certain OG MAC-10/11/12 frames, compatibility can be achieved as well. As with many MAC platforms, minor fitting may be required depending on manufacturer tolerances and configuration, however we suggest that if you're unsure, to purchase the PLA+ version of this first to check fitment. All Mac variants are subtly different! 🔩 Construction Material: 316 stainless steel Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant Clean, raw stainless finish Designed for strength under repeated cycling ⚙️ Function The RIP-MAC utilizes a forced reset design to mechanically assist trigger reset during bolt travel, maintaining semi-automatic function while dramatically reducing reset time. The result is a crisp, rapid reset feel when properly installed. 🛠 Additional Fitment & Polishing Notice: Proper polishing is required for optimal function and longevity. Both the FRD contact surface and the bolt carrier lug where they interface must be polished thoroughly. Most bolt carrier lugs will have a black coating from the factory — this coating needs to be carefully polished smooth in the contact area. The goal is not simply a mirror shine, but an absolutely smooth, friction-free surface on both mating components. Use a quality stainless steel polishing compound and take your time. ⚠️ Important: Do not remove excessive material. The objective is surface refinement only — not reshaping or reducing dimensions. Over-polishing or aggressive material removal can negatively affect fitment and function. Failure to properly polish these contact areas may result in premature wear or inconsistent operation. Inspect for proper clearance during cycling. Lubricate the entire pistol inner workings thoroughly prior to use. Verify safe and proper function before live fire.
