I have a 19 gen 3, fits great. The one I received took a little fitting/polishing to get my slide and trigger bar sliding smoothly. Was going to give 4 stars but their customer service is amazing. They emailed me right back. Apologizing and with pictures showing me exactly what needed to be fixed and made sure to keep working with me until it was taken care of!
